Tea Room Wait Staff
We are looking for warm, attentive wait staff to help create a relaxed, elegant tea room experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
• Present menus, describe tea services and specials, and answer guest questions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them clearly
• Serve tea, baked goods, and plated items with care and attention to detail
• Monitor tables, refill tea and water, and anticipate guest needs
• Clear tables promptly and reset them to our standards
• Handle payments with accuracy and professionalism
• Support a calm, gracious atmosphere in the tea room at all times
Qualifications:
• Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset
• Warm, professional manner and strong communication skills
• Comfortable carrying trays and being on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and events
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Bakery
Baker
We are looking for a skilled, detail‑oriented baker to create beautiful, delicious baked goods for our tea room and events.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake scones, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards
• Decorate and finish baked items with an eye for elegance and presentation
• Assist with plating dessert tiers and sweet tables for tea services and events
• Ensure every item leaving the kitchen meets our quality and freshness standards
• Help plan and prep for special events, including micro weddings and private parties
• Keep the baking area spotless, including dishes, tools, equipment, and work surfaces
• Follow all food safety, storage, and cleanliness guidelines
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a bakery, pastry, or dessert-focused kitchen is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Able to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under time pressure
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and events
• Passion for baking and creating memorable experiences for guests
